We prefer to put fresh seasonal products on your table, such as asparagus and broad-leaved garlic, mushrooms and strawberries. Our apple juice is also popular. We press it ourselves using crunchy South Tyrolean apples from our brother's farm in Schenna. We use natural materials, warm colours and discreet decoration in our hotel. Our rooms breathe alpine charm and southern simplicity.
