The weekly rates are per person for seven overnight stays including half board and all duties. For stays for less than 7 days the daily rate shown applies.
For longer stays the extra days are calculated on the weekly rate. This is not valid for weekend packages.
Kulinarium: half board includes a generous breakfast buffet in the morning and a salad buffet in the evening. Our menu offers a choice between two starters and two main dishes.
On Sundays there is a 5-course party menu. Once a week there is a special buffet, such as pasta, dessert, starter, and Bauernbuffet (farmer's buffet). There is a barbecue evening in summer
Services: indoor swimming pool 10 x 5 metres in size, water temperature of 29 degrees C, free bathrobe and bath towel for use in the indoor pool, new sauna complex with Finnish sauna, steam bath, herbal sauna and rest room.
Means of payment: you can pay in cash, by cheque or EC card.
We accept the following credit cards: Euro card, Master Card and Visa.
Garage: parking space in underground car park is € 4.50 per day.
Flexible: each day you can choose between bed and breakfast or half board. You will be reimbursed € 14.00 for evening meals that have been cancelled in time (before 11 am).
Reservations: room reservations will only be binding when both sides confirm in writing.
Important: rooms are ready for occupation from 2 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.
Small dogs are only accepted after prior agreement. The cost for cleaning the room is calculated at
€ 7.00 per day. Your pet does not have access to the dining room and the sunbathing lawn.
Cancellations: cancellation is free of charge if effected at least 40 days before the beginning of your holiday.
For cancellations, earlier departures or late arrivals we charge 80 % of the agreed booking. We recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance in any event.
Travel cancellation insurance
You are covered financially with our cancellation insurance. If you arrive late or not at all for a hotel booking, or have to leave early, cancellation fees will be credited in accordance with EU standards.
For this reason we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance so that these expenses will be taken on by the European travel insurance. We will send you the appropriate insurance application form and all relevant details with confirmation of your booking. The insurance premium is calculated at 5 % of cost of travel.

The following reductions are made for children accommodated in rooms of two full-paying parents:
from 0 to 2,9 yeras gratis
up to age of 5,9 years 70 % reduction,
up to age of 13,9 years 50 % reduction,
from 14 to 16 years 30 % reduction.
Cot is available and child's chair for use in the dining room. The tourism office of Schenna offers its own children's programme in the Easter, summer (July/August) and autumn holidays, e.g., a trip to a farm, mini golf tournament, ghost stories and fun roasting chestnuts ...
