Our sauna and spa area is beloved by our guests. Everything here is designed for rest and relaxation. Soft natural tones, subtle fragrances, warm light and gentle textiles create a holistic sense of comfort. After an active day in the mountains, a sauna session is just the right choice: Finnish or Turkish, heat or steam – the choice is yours. Sweat away tension. Give your tired muscles a break. Take a good book and a cup of South Tyrolean herbal tea… ah, feels wonderful.

Finnish stone pine sauna
Dry heat at 80–90°C purifies the body and strengthens the immune system.
Herbal bio sauna
Gentle sauna at 60–70°C, with essential oils that benefit the respiratory system.
Turkish steam bath
Mild heat at 50–60°C and up to 90% humidity leaves the skin silky soft.
Heated bench
