GOOD MORNING

Now that’s a breakfast buffet to start the day smiling. Freshly brewed Italian coffee, crusty breads, South Tyrolean speck and cheeses, jams from the Martell Valley – complemented by eggs prepared à la minute and a new mountain panorama every morning.

THE PERFECT DINNER

Alpine and Mediterranean, traditional yet creative – the appeal of our four-course dinner menu lies in its variety, perfectly complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing. Individual preferences, dietary requirements and allergies are, of course, taken into account.

IT’S COFFEE TIME

In the afternoon, we sweeten the day with a slice of cake on the house and the creamiest cappuccino from the hotel bar (available at an additional charge).

It quickly becomes a favourite spot – our hotel bar, open all day, with friendly service and refreshing drinks, served with a smile both indoors and outdoors.

For you, it’s an invitation to enjoy a little culinary freedom and discover the diversity of South Tyrolean cuisine just outside our door. Within easy walking distance of HILBURGER, cosy inns, fine restaurants and Italian pizzerias are waiting to be explored. Naturally, this evening will be credited on your final bill.
