Rooms are available from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am.

Dinner cancelled in time (by 11:00 am) will be credited at € 17.0 per adult. This credit applies only to direct bookings and not to bookings made through tour operators or online portals. For stays booked with bed and breakfast, dinner can be added on site for a surcharge of € 37.0 per person.

Our restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Breakfast is served as usual, and instead of dinner we grant a credit of €25.00 per full-paying guest on the final bill.

Hotel HILBURGER guarantees that the rates offered on this website are the lowest currently available prices.

We operate with a flexible pricing system which – in addition to travel period, room category and length of stay – also depends on current occupancy levels. In this way, we reward guests who book early.

Dogs (max. 15 kg) are allowed only upon prior arrangement. Guests are required to bring their own dog blanket or dog bed for the room. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room, indoor pool, sauna area or on the sunbathing lawn. A fee of € 26.0 per dog per day is charged (food not included).

Children staying in their parents’ room with two full-paying adults receive the following discounts:

• 0 to 2 years: fixed rate of € 25.00 per day
• 3 to 5 years: 60% discount
• 6 to 13 years: 40% discount
• over 14 years: 20% discount

Cots and high chairs for the dining room are available. The Schenna Tourist Office offers a dedicated children’s program during the Easter holidays, summer holidays (July/August) and autumn holidays, e.g. farm visits, mini-golf tournaments, ghost stories, chestnut roasting and much more.

Electric cars can be conveniently charged at on one of the 3 charging station in our garage or parking place for a fee.

For all guests aged 14 and over, a local tourist tax of € 3.80 per person per day is charged. This fee is not included in the total price of the stay and must be paid on site.

Free outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. Parking spaces in the underground garage cost € 12.0 per day; for some room categories, garage parking is already included.

Sometimes things turn out differently than planned: the booked hotel stay may be delayed, not started at all, or ended early. In such cases, cancellation fees apply in accordance with EU regulations. Our travel cancellation insurance protects you from these costs. The relevant form will be sent with the booking confirmation. The insurance premium is approximately 5% of the booked hotel price.

To complete your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of € 400 per room.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booked arrangement will be charged; from 14 days before arrival, 90%. In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the booked arrangement will be charged in full. There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Italian Consumer Protection Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of Legislative Decree 206/2005). To be on the safe side, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance.
