Despite Covid-19, a holiday with us should feel like a holiday. We have therefore made some preparations to make your holiday relaxing and safe.

For the check-in in the hotel you need a CoronaPass. What does it means? You have documentation about:
-Have a negative test for Covid-19 and provide valid proof,
-have been vaccinated fully against Covid-19 and provide valid proof (14 days after your final vaccination), or
-have recovered from a proven Covid-19 infection during the past six months and provide proof from their competent healthcare facility.

The negative test certificate is valid for 72 hours from midnight on the day of the test. The vaccination and recovery certificates are valid for six months.
Children under 6 years do not need a CoronaPass.
The retail shop is open from Monday to Saturday during normal opening hours. Wearing an FFP2 mask while shopping is mandatory for people aged 12 and over.
Bars and restaurants can stay open until 10 pm. Access to outdoor common areas is unrestricted. Interior rooms are accessible by reservation and with a CoronaPass.
Public transport and cable cars will operate at 50% transport capacity. Wearing an FFP2 mask while on board is mandatory for people aged 12 and over.
With a CoronaPass and at an occupancy of 50%, theatres, cinemas and concerts can be visited by reservation.
Museums can be visited with a CoronaPass and at an occupancy of 50%.

- Hygiene, cleaning & disinfection are 3 strong partners in the fight against the virus. Have always been important and now especially.
- Restaurant: The tables are moved apart, there is enough space inside or outside. Please use face mask for the buffet and sanitise your hands first.
- Pool & Wellness: The pools are open as usuall. Please keep the minimum distance of 1 m in the pool area and sauna.
- SPA: massages, beauty treatments are possible, all those present wear mouth protection and gloves, body temperature is controlled. Disinfectant is available for the sun beds if desired.
- All employees are trained and instructed - and of course under health observation and control. Mouth/face protection and gloves if necessary are part of the basic equipment.
- Covid 19 test and negative. All employees and the Pföstl family were tested for the virus.
Flexible cancellation policy. For the year 2021 we use this cancellation policy: up to 7 days before arrival you can cancel or rebook free of charge. A deposit is not necessary.
A good tip: The Europäische Reiseversicherung has currently also included cancellation and trip interruption cases in connection with Covid-19 in its scope of insurance. We recommend that you take out the travel cancellation insurance together with your holiday booking.
